Originally the site consisted of a church which had to be demolished. There were substantial foundations to the corners of the church which had to be retained to prevent damage to the adjoining buildings and drains.  The site consisted of made ground to depth.

The development consisted of a new build five storey residential building consisting of thirteen number one and two bedroom flats.

The structure was piled foundations with cantilevering ground beams to the corners of the building.  The above ground structure was a combination of braced and frame action steel frames.
